Eating NYC: Cafe Habana

Ready to order.



Damn.  Grilled corn with lime and cheese.  









Roasted pulled pork with rice and beans.  Plantains on the side!

No reservations, we arrived at around 1.30pm and waited 15minutes to be seated.  The food was worth every minute.

What to order...




  3 orders of Pork Buns (aka edible crack.)  And god's gift to man, sriracha.

These Pork Buns deserve a close up.


Roasted fingerling potatoes in beurre blanc with fried onions.

Kimchi stew with rice.

I finished this entire cookie.







We took all of these home.  I still dream about that crack pie.
